Terms and Conditions
All purchases, including taxes and shipping fees, must be paid in full at the time of the order.
We hope you love your purchase; however, exchanges and returns are not accepted. All products are sold as-is and no warranties are provided. The buyer is responsible for carefully inspecting all products before purchasing. If there is any issue with a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address the problem. By making a purchase with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We do not issue refunds but are happy to provide store credit (within the first 3 days after the sale). This does not include applicable delivery and pickup fees. Store credit will only be issued if the product and packaging are returned in the same condition in which they were sold.
We do not accept cancellations. Our items are designated as non-returnable.
ORDERS WITH SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS:
We only ship abroad and within the interior of the Republic. All orders within Mexico City must be picked up in-store (Hegel 232, Polanco).
For specific orders, BOMBOTI arranges shipping on behalf of the customer. All associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do our best to estimate shipping costs in advance, but for orders with a delivery time of more than 10 days, we may need to update your shipping costs after production and before finalizing delivery arrangements (especially if there is volatility in the fuel market).
Any issues/damages due to shipping are the responsibility of the carrier, not BOMBOTI.
The measurements of the merchandise being purchased have been provided. The buyer must verify that all items can be delivered to the client’s residence before purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for failed delivery attempts (e.g., clients not present at the delivery address on the agreed date/time or for goods that do not fit into the building/residence) or for approval deliveries/pickups.
The client agrees to accept delivery or arrange pickup within 30 days of the order being available.
After 30 days of availability for delivery or pickup, the client is responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt, and the shipment will be considered accepted unless BOMBOTI is notified of any shipping error within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of a shipping error, BOMBOTI’s sole obligation will be to accept the return of the item in its original condition/packaging and to resend the correct item.
CHARGES AND CREDITS:
The customer authorizes, understands, and agrees that all charges and fees described in the terms of sale will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of purchase.
If at any time your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not accepted, your purchase may be suspended or canceled until the issue is resolved to our satisfaction.
MANUFACTURING STANDARDS:
All of our products are made with the highest quality standards and are mostly one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pieces made by artisans, designers, and artists. Our standard product lines follow a specialized manufacturing process. Production time ranges from 12 to 15 weeks (depending on order volume and our order calendar).
NATURAL MATERIALS:
All BOMBOTI-branded products are derived from natural woods, metals, oils, and other naturally occurring materials, and as such, no two products are exactly alike.
Consequently, BOMBOTI will not be held liable to the end user/buyer for natural variations in wood, stains, or metal finishes, and cannot accommodate irregular conditions (e.g., uneven floors).
Small cracks in wooden products are natural and expected as a piece acclimates to its environment.
Products should not be installed in areas exposed to high levels of humidity, dry air, major temperature fluctuations, or abnormal environmental conditions.
Variations in color, sheen, and texture (such as natural wrinkles and marks) in leather may occur due to small dye batches, tanning processes, and natural phenomena.
QUOTATIONS:
Quoted prices are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
